According to a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the number of the people who changed their jobs during April to June this year and got more wages than in former jobs came to be 1.24 million, up 50 thousand than the same period of a year before.That kinds of people accounted for 35.3 % of the whole people who had changed their jobs, with the ratio the highest-ever.Amid the situation that sense of lack of laborers has spread,and demand and supply in the labor market has been tightening,the trend of the wage increases has spread from young workers to middle-class workers. With the market for the job change expanding like this,there is a possibility that the average wages are boosted.
