一つを究める：
To study one thing thoroughly:

一つのことに打ち込み、それを究めることによって、人生の真理を見出し、森羅万象を理解することができるようになる。もし広くて浅い知識しかなければ、それは何も知らないことと同じだ。
Devoting yourself to one thing and study it thoroughly will lead you to finding out the truth in your life and understanding all things in nature. With only a shallow knowledge of things, you are no more than ignorant of all things.
