実体験が財産となる：
A practical experience would be a treasure:

偉大な仕事をなしうる知恵は、経験を積むことによってしか得られない。自らが身体を張って取り組んだ実体験こそが、最も貴い財産となる。
You can get wisdom by which a great work could be realized only through experiences. Your practical experiences through which you have struggled with things devoting yourself to them would be the most precious treasure.
