夢は人生の飛躍台：
Your dream would be your jumping board:

私たちはいくつになっても夢を語り、明るい未来の姿を描ける人間でありたいものだ。夢を抱けない人には創造や成功がもたらされることはないし、人間的な成長もない。
We would like to be the guys who can talk about their dreams or can depict a bright future no matter how old they become. Without having a dream, one could not get any creation or success, as well as maturity as a human.

なぜなら、夢を描き、創意工夫を重ね、ひたむきに努力を重ねていくことを通じて、人格は磨かれていくからだ。夢や思いというのは人生のジャンプ台である。
It is because our personalities could be brushed up one by one through the process that we have a dream, work out on various kinds of devices , and continue making strenuous efforts. Our dreams or desires would be our jumping board in life.

念には念を入れよ。仕事を完全にやり通すのに念の入れすぎということはない。（入念）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
You should pay attention to things you are doing as much as possible. There is no exaggeration of paying attention in completing your job thoroughly. (careful attention)

美と醜は表裏一体。美の面にとらわれ、反面の醜を責めるに急なのは、真実を知らぬ姿である。（ものの本質）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
Beauty and ugliness are the two sides of the same thing. Betrayed by the beauty side, being in hurry to criticize the ugliness would be a reflection of one's ignorance of the truth. (the truth of things)
