雄弁家：
An eloquent person:

雄弁な人は、往々にして言葉をもてあそぶ。相手に自分のことを理解してもらいたいのであれば、感情を分かち合うことだ。
An eloquent person often plays around with his words. In order for you to be well understood by someone, you should make your feelings clear to them.

変に技巧に走らず全身全霊を傾けて、誠実に話すのだ。誠実さこそが、聞き手と話してを結びつける。
You should talk to them honestly, devoting yourself to it, without thinking of any kind of speaking technique. Honesty itself connects you a speaker with others the listener.

他の迷惑を考えず、ただ成果をあげさえすればよいでは、その事業は社会的に何ら存在意義はない。（企業の使命）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
If you don't think of worries to others,
If you only think of results and achievement, without paying attention to possible worries you may give to others, there will be no significance of you and your enterprise in the society. ( the mission of the enterprise )

The goodness of the heaven could never be recognized until you fall into the hell. Until you have a chance to feel a kind of shortage , you can not really savor a true satisfaction. (experience)
