⑤善行、利他業を積む
Continue to do good deeds and get others to be happy
「積善の家に余慶あり」。善を行い、他を利する、思いやりある言動を心がける。そのような善行を積んだ人にはよい報いがある。
An old saying tells us as follows, "There is an unexpected benefit in a family doing good deeds. " You should be careful for you to be able to do a good deed and get others to be happy. There will be a reward to such a person as having kept on doing good deeds.
⑥感性的な悩みをしない
Do not have emotional worries
いつまでも不平を言ったり、しかたのない心配にとらわれたり、くよくよと悩んでいてはいけない。そのためにも、後悔をしないくらい、全身全霊を傾けて取り組むことが大切である。
You should not have emotional worries for a long time, like making complains endlessly, or being obsessed by unavoidable things. In order to be so, you should devote yourself to things both physically and mentally to the extend that you would not regret any more.
