きりたんぽ鍋 A hot pot Kiritampo

秋田名物のきりたんぽ鍋は、なつかしい料理。

以前、秋田に行った時によく食べたし、東京でも作って冬にはよく食べていた。

ずっと食べていなかったけど、きりたんぽ鍋パーティーにお呼ばれしました。

 

I had good memories of hot pot Kiritampo.

This is a local dish of Akita, when I went to Akita,

I often ate it, and in winter I often cooked it.

Long time I didn't eat it, I went to the party of Kiritampo.

 

 

鶏肉は比内地鶏です。

This chiken is Hinai-jidori.(a special local chiken)

 

 

手作りハムがおいしかった！

Handmade hum is yummy!!

Handmade Inari-zushi is also yummy!!

鎌倉 小川軒のプリン Kamakura, a pudding of Ogawa-ken

鎌倉の小川軒のレーズンウィッチがおいしいらしいと聞いて、買ってみた。

ついでにプリンもおいしそうだったので、買ってみた。

 

I heard that Ogawa-ken(sweets shop)'s raisin wich is good, so I got it. The pudding also looked yummy, I got it too.

プリンに感動！！

 

The pudding made me happy!!

 

 

こりゃおいしいわ。

 

Sooooo good taste!!

次の日、小川軒の最終日。

プリンを買いにいそいそ行ってみたら、売り切れ！！悲しい。

Next day I went to the shop to buy a pudding, it was the last day sell, that was sold out!! I'm so sad....

手作りパン A hand made bread

友、遠方じゃなく、割と近くから手作りパンを持って来る。またたのしからずや。

有朋自不遠方比較近帯自作面包来 不亦楽

My friend came to my house with hand made breads. I'm so happy.

 

 

ガーリックパン。他にはレーズンたっぷりのレーズンブレッド。

A garlic bread. And rasin bread with full of rasin.

 

私が普段作る料理なので、全然ごちそうじゃないけど、おいしくいただいた。

My ordinary cooking isn't luxurious meal, but we ate good.

物産展マニアの同僚に買ってきてもらいました。

One of my colleague is an enthusiast of going to exhibitions of local food collection, I asked her to buy Karukan Manju for me.
