東京農業大学の収穫祭（10/30~11/1）では、各研究室が関わる地域の農産物などの販売があります。
梅ヶ島の地域再生にご協力くださっている研究室では、「隠れ茶とは？」「美味しい淹れ方は」を事前に学び「隠れ茶」の販売にあたります。
学生さんの真剣な眼差し・・・嬉しいです。
大学の実習室でのワークショップ、まるで実験室のようですね。
講師は、「隠れ茶を守る会」お茶くらぶを担当いただいているお茶と暮らしの研究家・平野裕美さん。
ワークショップを通して、「緑茶」の魅力に触れファンになってくれることを期待しています。
「隠れ茶を守る会」では農大収穫祭用に小パック３０ｇを特別に仕上げ販売いたします。
今年発売のティーバッグも販売いたします。

収穫祭は１０月３０日、３１日、１１月１日です。

本格的ワークショップは、浅草の茶御飯 Chagohan Tokyo, または Pantry/Doha で体験できます。
The students at Tokyo University of Agriculture attend the green tea workshop at their university classroom on the Oct 1.
They have a school festival on the Oct 30 to Nov.1 and will sell some products from the villages where they are working together to activate them.
KAKURECHA green tea from Umegashima villagge will be also sold at the festival.
In order to explain the nature of the tea, about the village to the customers well enough, the students learn about them before hand.
This workshop is essensial to understand how to extract the charms of green tea most.
You will be able to attend the green tea workshops at Chagohan Tokyo,Japan or Pantry/Doha, Qatar.
