志ぐれ（愛媛県大洲市、菓子処氣晴）
愛媛県大洲市のお菓子です。
ういろうと、あずき羊羹を足して割ったような
味と食感です。この志ぐれ、元々は大洲藩江戸
屋敷内の秘宝菓子だったとか。
蛇足ですが、旧大洲藩邸は現在御徒町公園に
なっているそうです。

蛇足ですが、旧大洲藩邸は現在御徒町公園に
なっているそうです。
生キャラメルのキャレ（315円）
ほぼ正六面体のパンの中に、生キャラメルが
入っています。ちなみに一辺は約５㎝。
お味は、（コメントするのが）難しいですね～。
今流行の生キャラメルを用いた菓子パンという
だけで、今後定番商品となるかは、疑問です。
