Concerning the so-called "place-on-the-market test", the target public services to which the test will be applied next fiscal year have recently been decided. As a first step, 11 public services will be picked up. The test is that where they will find out ,through a bid procedure ,which sector is more competent in offering public services, public offices or a private sector's company. If they can find that a private sector's company is able to offer service efficiently, they will further consider privatizing the service.The target public services include introduction of jobs and compilation of statistics.
