ヴィーガンチーズパーティー＆レクチャーに行ってきた。

Akiko がヴィーガンチーズの先生だ。

ヴィーガンチーズってどうやって作るんだろう？とずっと思っていたが、わかった。

キャベツとアーモンドと水と塩から作るんだ。

とてもおいしかった！！

I went to a vegan cheese party and lecture.

Akiko is a vegan cheese teacher.

I wonder how to make vegan cheese, I got it.

You can make from cabbege and armond and water and salt.

It was delicious!!

 

 

これは、ヴィーガンチーズ作成中。水を切って、発酵しているところ。

This is a process of making vigan cheese.

You have to drain off the water, and ferment.

 

柿とカブのヴィーガンチーズ和え。

Persimon and turnip with vegan cheese.

 

ケーキのように見えるかぼちゃのサラダ。

It looks like a cake, but it is a pumpkin salad!

波佐見焼 Hasami ceramic

帰省した時に波佐見で買った花瓶にドライフラワーを入れてみました。

I put some dryflowers in the vases which I got in Hasami.

Hasami is a famous ceramic town in Nagasaki.

 

ネパール語のレッスン Nepali language lesson

ネパール語を勉強し始めた。

でも台風のせいで授業はキャンセルになってしまった。

そして、今、学校で生徒たちが自分たちの国の言葉を日本人に教える準備をしている。

どうやって教えたらいいのか考えている。

これは、ネパール語の文字のワークブックだ。

I started to study Nepali language lesson.

But the last lesson was canseled because of the typhoon.

And then, at the school, Nepali students are preparing to teach Nepali to some Japanese, we are thinking about how to teach.

This is my workbook of Nepali letters.

This is a Nepali sweet, like a Japanese Karinto.

益子焼のカップ A cup made in Mashiko

おみやげにいただいた益子焼のカップでお茶を飲み、ほっと一息つく。

心があったかい。

My friend gave me a cup made in Mashiko.

I drink a cup of tea, and relax.

I felt my heart is warm.

ホンダのカレーうどん Curry noodle of Honda

車関係のお仕事をしている友人から、ホンダのカレーうどんをいただいた！

なんと工場によって味が違うんだって。浜松工場の味と鈴鹿製作所味がある。

A friend who is working concerned car, she gave me a curry noodle of Honda!

Surprised, each factory has own taste curry noodle.

 

ネギをたっぷりかけていただきました！

ごちそうさまでした。

I put a lot of long green onion.

Delicious!!
