ずいぶんませた３歳ですが、恐らく "3yr" は年齢詐称（？）か誤植でしょう。
"WLTM" が何の略語か直ぐに思いつかないので辞書をみます。

最近の日本語では婚活という新語がありますが、"WLTM" も婚活用語の一つと言えるでしょうね。
