ほうれん草のおひたし
今の時期、ほうれん草が甘味があり美味しい、麺つゆで味付けて胡麻を振りかけるだけの簡単料理です。

➀鍋にお湯を沸かし、塩を入れほうれん草3~4cmに切り2分程茹で冷水に取り、水気をよく絞る。
①ボウルに①をめんつゆで和える。
➁器に盛り付け胡麻を振りかけ出来上がり。
*ツナ缶・胡麻・鰹節を使うのも良い。
