哲学とともに生きる
To live your life based on your philosophy:

原理原則に基づいた哲学をしっかりと定めて、それに沿って生きることは、物事を成功へと導き、人生に大きな実りをもたらす。
Firmly establishing your philosophy with rules and principles and living your life based on it will lead you to realizing success in everything and bringing about a great result in your life.
しかし、それは決しておもしろおかしい楽な道ではない。哲学に準じて生きるということは、おのれを律し、縛っていくことであり、むしろ苦しみを伴うことが多い。ときには「損する」こともある苦難の道を行くことでもある。
However, it is never funny and easy way. Living your life based on your philosophy means you should discipline and bind yourself, which might rather give you some pain. Sometimes you might suffer a loss. You would go along the way of difficulties.
ただ長い目で見れば、確固たる哲学に基づいて起こした行動は、決して損にはならないものだ。
Nevertheless, in the long run, as long as you take some action based on your firm philosophy, that would never get a loss.

同じ話を聞いても”いい話だった”と感動する人と、”つまらない話だった”と思う人がいる。話の善し悪しは、その内容もさることながら、聞く側の態度によって決まる。聞く側の責任は大きい。（話の聞き方）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
When people listen to the same talk, some are moved thinking that is good, and others think that is stupid. Then, whether a talk is good or bad may be rather decided by the conditions of listeners than its content itself. So you can say that listeners have a big responsibility. ( the way you should listen to other's talk)
