善意と悪意
Good will and malicious will:

物事というのは、善意で考えるのと悪意で考えるのとでは、おのずからたどり着くところが違ってくるものだ。
Things will naturally go to different places, as they depend on how you think of them from a goo will viewpoint or from a malicious point.
たとえば人と議論するにしても、何とかやり込めてやろと、悪いのは相手のほうだから、その非を認めさせてやろうと思ってやるのと、相手も困っているだろうから、いい解決策を一緒に考えようと思ってやるのとでは、同じ問題を扱っても結論は異なってくる。相手に対する「思いやり」のあるなしがその差を生むのである。
For example, when you talk with a guy, the outcomes would be quite different from each other, although the same problems are dealt with, for one case when you think who is wrong is the guy, so try to make him recognize that, and for the other case when you think the guy might be in a trouble ,so try to find out some solutions together with him. The difference comes from whether there are considerate thoughts to others among people concerned or not.

By whipping yourself and having others whip yourself, both you and your company have a possibility of growth. Then I want those who are severe to me. (being scolded)

It's all right of course for you to insist on your rights or demand, but what matters much more is question your own responsibility.
