成功の秘訣
The secret to success:

私は全国各地の企業経営者の方々から、いろいろな相談を受けます。質問の多くは「どうしたら京セラやKDDIのように成功できるのか」というもので、何か成功する秘訣があるのではないかと思っているのです。
I got a variety of consultations from a lot of business operators across the country. Many of the questions are " How am I able to get success like you in Kyosera Corporation or KDDI?" So, many of them think there are some secrets to success.
しかし、私は「成功するための特別な方法はありません。あなたを中心に社員全員が誰よりも一所懸命働くようになれば、必ず成功できるのです」といつも答えています。
But, I always say, "There is no special way to success. If your team gets to work as hard as possible much more than any other with you being a core, you will surely succeed in your business."

Even in a severe environment where ordinary people might be defeated with some difficulty, persons who have been successful in their life, on the contrary, with pleasure and spirited, have thrown themselves into that difficulty. (success and failure)
