他人を動かすもの
What moves people:

他人を動かす原動力は、ただ一つの公平無私ということです。無私というのは、自分の利益を図る心がないということです。あるいは自分の好みや情実で判断しないということです。
The driving force to move people is fairness and impartiality. Impartiality means you don't have the mind to benefit you. Or you don't have the tendency to decide things based on your likings or personal feelings.

無私の心を持っているリーダーならば、部下はついていきます。逆に自己中心的で私欲がチラチラ見える人には、嫌悪感が先立ち、ついていきかねるはずです。
If you have the mind of impartiality, people will follow you. Adversely, if you are a self-centered, self-interest man, with dislike coming first, people don't follow you.

自然性の人
A man of spontaneously combustible:

物には、他からエネルギーを受けて燃えるものと、それでも燃えないものと、そして自分自身で燃えるものとがあります。
When it comes to materials, there are three types: One is what burns when getting energy from outsides. Two is what doesn't burn even on that occasion. And three is what burns spontaneously.

つまり、火を近づけると燃え上がる可燃性のもの、火を近づけても燃えない不燃性のもの、自分で勝手に燃え上がる自然性のものと、物質は三つに分かれますが、人間も同様です。物事を成そうとするには、自ら燃える者でなければなりません。
In other words, materials could be classified into three: combustible, incombustible, and spontaneously combustible. And it is the same for humans. If you want to be a man who will accomplish something, you have to be a man of spontaneous combustion.
