Life equation, enthusiasm and capability:
人生・仕事の結果＝考え方×熱意×能力
この方程式は、平均的な能力しか持たない人間が、偉大なことをなしうる方法はないだろうか、という問いに、私が自らの体験を通して答えるものである。
Life and job result= thoughts ×enthusiasm × capability
This equation is what I have worked out through my experience in order to answer the question if there is any method that a person with only a mediocre capability could accomplish some great thing.
まず、能力と熱意は、それぞれ０点から１００点まであり、それが積でかかると考える。すると、自分の能力を鼻にかけ、努力を怠った人よりも、自分にはずばぬけた能力がないと思い、誰よりも情熱を燃やし努力した人のほうが、はるかに素晴らしい結果を残すことができる。
First of all, we could regard our capability and enthusiasm to be from zero to 100, respectively, and we could think the two elements would work as the multiplication. Then, we can easily understand that a person who has made more efforts than anybody else with enthusiasm, thinking that he doesn't have any excellent capability, could have a far greater result than a person who has neglected making efforts.
