仕事を好きになる
You should become fond of your job:

人間は、好きな仕事ならば、どんな苦労も厭わない。
We, humans, don't mind taking what kind of difficulty regarding your favorite job.

そして、どんな苦労も厭わず、努力を続けることができれば、たいていのことは成功するはずだ。
And, if you could continue making efforts without avoiding difficulties no matter what they may be, almost all things should get to a
success.

つまり、自分の仕事を好きになるということーーーこの一事で人生は決まってしまうと言って過言ではない。
In other words, you should become fond of your job. This thing will decide your life. It is no exaggeration to say so.

仕事を愛する
You should love your job:

「自分の製品を抱きしめたい」ーーーー。
私は、製品開発にあたって、いつもそう思っていました。
自分の仕事、自分の製品に対し、それくらいの愛情を注がなければ、いい仕事などできないのではないでしょうか。
" I would like to embrace the product I have made."
I have long been thinking that way all the time on being engaged in developing new products.
Unless you have an affection so much as that to your job or the products you are going to create, I think you would not be able to do a good job.
