　なんとまあ多くの若者が失われているものか、故郷に　運　ば　れ　る　まえにね？　なんでこんな遠くの国の戦争の痛みを、こんなにも多くの家族が味わわねばならないかね？

「"If our boys should die, they should die protecting our country within our borders."」

　まあ若者たちは死なねばならないのかもしれない。しかし国境の内側で、我らが祖国を守るために死ぬべきじゃないかね…？
