He reportedly pursued romantic relationships with the women before sexually assaulting and killing them, then disposing and burning their bodies, the court heard.」

The attack happened in the city of Bryansk, close to the Ukrainian and Belarusian borders, on Thursday morning.
Five people were injured in the shooting, one of them seriously, Russian authorities said.
The gun used by the girl was registered in her father's name, a parliamentarian said.」

The African Climate Summit, which will take place in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, from 4-6 September features speakers from Kenya’s government, the African Union and United Nations.
The French government, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the African Development Bank are among the summit’s partners.」

ただまあ、化石燃料なんぞ、そのうち尽きるのが当然なものであって。いつかは離脱せねばならぬ。というか石油でしか作れない素材のために、できるだけ温存しておきたい。未来の要請と現在の要請、その危ういバランスをなんとか取らねばならぬ。そういう論題と理解すれば、まあ西欧のハイジャック！とだけは言えないのではある。
