イタリア：1600万人の足に影響

　イタリアでは中部・北部の流行地に移動の自由の制限を課す。1600万人ほどに影響、ロンバルディアもミラノもヴェニスも、移動は控え、出入りするなら許可を取れ、という、現代民主主義国家ではほとんどありえないはずの強度の移動の自由の制限が課せられてしまった。

Anyone living in Lombardy and 14 other central and northern provinces will need permission to enter or leave. Milan and Venice are both affected.」
