米朝首脳会談が終われば共同宣言が発表されます。その内容によっては日本政府の姿勢がきびしく問われます。相互に連絡事務所を設置することや、米朝国交正常化の道すじなどで合意される可能性があるからです。日本はどうするのか。拉致問題を解決するには平壌に連絡事務所を設置することが現実的です。
