真の無頼性
Being a vagabond:

ビジネスにおいても、科学、芸術の世界においても、イノベーションを起こそうとするなら、自由な精神がなければ、真の成功を期すことはできない。
When you want to bring about some kind of innovation in any filed of business, science or art, you could not get success without a free mind.
つまり、独立心を持つこと、人に頼らないことだ。安易に妥協したり、分かったふりをしないことだ。他に頼らず、自分に頼らなければならない。創造的な領域では、真の無頼性が求められる。
That means you should be independent, you should not easily compromise , or you should not pretend to know things. You should not depend on others but on yourself. In the field of creativity, vagabondism in real term is needed.

It is said there are many ways of how to use people, like " by praising them, by scolding them, or by criticizing them," But in my observation, in most case, praising people has been successful. ( how to use people )

Competition is necessary and conflict is sometimes good. But anyway we should have a rich mind to love the opponent.
