自然の摂理
Principle in nature:

動物にしても、植物にしても必死に一所懸命いきていかなければ、生き残れない。それがこの自然界の掟なのだ。
Both animals and plants could not survive unless they try to live as much as possible. That is the rule in the natural environment.

しかし、人間だけは「誰にも負けない努力」とか、「一所懸命生きる」ということを言えば、何か特別のことのように感じている。
But, when we humans say things like " to make more efforts than anybody else" or " to live as hard as possible," you may feel they are referring to something special.

成功するためには、一所懸命に働かなければならないのではなく、生きていくために、「誰にも負けない努力」で働く、それが自然の摂理なのだ。
You don't need to work as hard as possible in order to get success, but you need to work with more efforts than anybody else in order to live your live. That's the principle in nature.

従業員のために
For employees:

経営者は、自分の欲望だけを満たそうとしてはなりません。企業に集う全従業員の幸福を考えなければならないのです。
A business owner should not try to satisfy only his desire. He should think of happiness of all the employees working for his company.

もし会社が傾けば、会社の将来に賭けて懸命に働いてくれている従業員を路頭に迷わせてしまいます。経営者とは、そうならないために、先頭に立って努力しいる人のことです。
If the company gets bankrupt, it will make at loss those workers who have been working hard for the company. A business owner or operator is the kind of person who stands at the forefront and makes efforts in the struggles preventing such a hardship.

そういう人が抱く「自分の会社を立派にしたい」という願望は、美しいものだけに、長いスパンで見れば必ず報われていくのです。
The desire "I want to make my company great " such a person would have is so nice and beautiful that the desire would be surely reciprocated over a long period of time.
