愚直さを喜ぶ
To be serious to the extent as if you look fool:

もし今、「真面目に働く」ことしか自分には能がないと嘆くような人がいたら、その「愚直さ」こそ喜べと言いたい。
If there are some persons who would complain about their character saying there is no ability but to work seriously, I'd like to say " You should be happy to be serious to the extent as if you look fool."

つまらないように見える仕事でも、粘り強く続けることができる、その「継続する力」こそが、仕事を成功に導き、人生を価値あるものにすることができる、真の「能力」なのです。
To be persistent in a job which looks to be trifle, or "capability to continue doing things" is really a "substantial ability, " which leads you to success in your business, or makes your life valuable.

もうダメだというときが仕事の始まり
The time when you think there's no way is your starting point of business:

一つのことをやり始めたら、それをやり抜く執念、また達成するまで継続する力が、成功のための必須条件となります。
When you start doing a thing, your persistency to do things or your power to continue your efforts is a required condition for your success.

「もうダメだ」と思った時点を終点とせず、仕事の再スタート地点と考え、成功を手にするまでは絶対に諦めない粘り強さ。自分に限界を設けない、あくなき挑戦心ーーーそれこそがピンチをチャンスに変え、失敗さえ成功に結びつけることを可能とするのです。
You should not think the time when you think there's no way is the end of your business, but think it's your starting point of doing your business. You need to have persistency not to give up your challenge. An infinite spirit of challenge that you don't set any limitation for yourself. That kind of spirit will change a pinch to a chance and make even your failure get connected to your future success.
