打ち込む
Devotion:
自分の仕事がどうしても好きになれないという人は、とにかくまずは一所懸命、一心不乱に仕事に打ち込んでみることです。
If you are not fond of doing your job, I think, first of all, you should devote yourself to your job as hard as possible.
そうすることで、苦しみの中から喜びがにじみ出るように生まれてくるのです。
Doing so often makes you feel happiness created through your hardship.
「好き」と「打ち込む」はコインの表と裏のようなもので、その因果関係は循環しています。好きだからこそ仕事に打ち込めるし、打ち込んでいるうちに仕事を好きになってくるのです。
"Fondness" and "devotion" are just like the back and front of the same coin, the relationship of their cause and effect rotates. That means, you can devote yourself to your job because you like it, and you will come to like your job while devoting yourself to it.
