ジュモーというのは、フランス語で、双子という意味です。
二つのロールケーキが中に入っているのが見えますか？
それが、双子という名の由来です。
チョコレートのスポンジで全体を覆ってありますが、ベースは生クリーム味です。
This is a cake called Jumeaux, which means twins in French.
You see the double roll cakes inside?
This is why it's called twins.
It is covered with chocolate sponge, but is mostly whipped cream.
ケーキの名前っておもしろいです。
フランス語でディヴォルセ、意味は「離婚」という名前のケーキがあって、二つのシュークリームが横に並んでるもの、
そしてルリジューズ、意味は「修道女」という名前のケーキは、一つのシュークリームの上にもう一つのシュークリームを載せて、
修道女の姿に見立てたもの、などがあります。
