筍ご飯
先日友人が筍掘りに来たので早速筍ご飯を炊きました。
①筍・人参・あげ・牛蒡・こんにゃく・椎茸等季節の野菜を選び濃い味付けで煮込む(肉を入れるなら肉ごはん)。
②米を洗い既定の水を入れ、①具を上に乗せ炊く。
③ご飯が炊けたら具を均一に混ぜ出来上がり。
*花山椒を盛りつけました。

家庭料理は野菜を沢山食べるようにするが。料亭などは具を細かく切り生のままご飯と炊き込む等、見栄え良くするため野菜類を別に炊いてご飯の上に載せる。
Bamboo shoot rice
①Choose seasonal vegetables such as bamboo shoots, carrots, fried chicken, beef sardines, konnyaku, shiitake mushrooms, etc. and stew them with a strong seasoning (meat rice if you add meat).
②Wash the rice, add the default water, and ① cook with the ingredients on top.
③When the rice is cooked, mix the ingredients uniformly.
*I served hana sansho.

I try to eat a lot of vegetables in home cooking. In order to make it look good, such as cooking rice with rice with finely cut ingredients, vegetables are cooked separately and placed on top of the rice.
