焼き素麺
ご飯の代わり茹でた素麺を使いました。お好みの肉・魚や野菜を入れるとアレンジが広がります。
①牛肉(ひき肉・豚肉・魚のフレーク等)をサラダ油で炒め、色が変われば適当に切った玉葱・キャベツ・人参・ブロッコリーを加え炒める。
②①に素麺を茹でさっと焼いたもの加え、醤油・すき焼きのタレ・塩・胡椒少々で味を整え最後にバターを溶かし皿に盛り付けゆで卵・茹でブロッコリーを乗せ出来上がり。
*野菜は、季節の野菜、トウモロコシ・枝豆・ほうれん草・チンゲン采・キクイモの葉等で良い。
Baked noodles
