牛肉とほうれん草の炒め
牛肉とほうれん草・もやしの味わいの簡単料理です。
①ほうれん草を３～４ｃｍに切る。
②牛肉をサラダ油・醤油・すき焼きのタレで炒め、①・もやしを入れ合せ炒めて出来上がり。
＊卵でとじても良い。
Stir-fried beef and spinach
It is a simple dish with beef, spinach and bean sprouts.
①Cut the spinach into 3~4cm pieces.
②Stir-fry the beef in salad oil, soy sauce, and sukiyaki sauce, and stir-fry ① and bean sprouts.
* You may bind it with an egg.
