むかごご飯
秋の野山にはむかごの実が沢山ある、収穫してご飯に入れ炊く。 塩ゆでだけでも酒のあてに美味しい。
①米3合(米2合半と半合のもち米)にむかごの皮のまま・お揚げの細かく切った物を適量・塩小匙2を入れ炊きこむ。
②ごはんが炊き上がったら、蒸らす前に酒を全体にひと振りしてから蒸らすと風味が良くなる。
*茹でて酒のつまみにも合う。
Mukago rice
