むかごのバター炒め
今の時期野山を歩いていると、むかごが沢山あるそっと取り除き採取し、色々な料理
を楽しむ。
ホクホクの食感のむかごと、ニンニクが香るバターがよく合い、ごはんにぴったりのおかずや、酒のつまみにも最適。
2人前
①中火で熱したフライパンに、有塩バター10gを溶かし、むかご100gを炒める。
②むかごにバターが馴染んだら、めんつゆ(2倍濃縮)大匙1・おろしにんにく小匙1/2、1分程炒め、火から下し完成。

①n a frying pan heated over medium heat, melt 10g of salted butter and fry 100g of mukago.
②hen the butter has blended into the basket, fry 1 large spoon of noodle soup (2x concentrated) and 1/2 small spoon of grated garlic for about 1 minute, remove from heat.
