　フィリピンが国際刑事裁判所から離脱する意向という。ICCが、フィリピンをシバくための政治的道具であるのは明らかだ―というのだ。

「"The acts allegedly committed by me are neither genocide nor war crimes. The deaths occurring in the process of legitimate police operations lacked the intent to kill."」

　…そりゃアンタ、『怪しいやつはやっちゃって！』って意味の命令を出せば、たいていのことは”合法”になるだろうよ…。

　とまあ、麻薬取締りで（付随被害を含めても）千単位で死者が出るあたり、麻薬漬け状態とも言うべき面があるかと思われ、抜本的改善のために非常な・非情な手段を…というふうな気になるのももっともではあるでしょうが。
