エチオピア北部は…まあ普通に飢饉状態でしょうね

　ティグレイ地方はつい先日まで内戦だった。一応停戦して和平状態が戻ってきた―のではあっても、まあ戦争で人々は住居耕地から引き離され、灌漑用水路等々の世話も農地の世話もなく放置されれば破壊されもしようし、そもそも差し当たりの食糧もたりなければ労働もできまい。

　うん、基本、詰んでるな。
