「unacceptable」といっても、仕方あるまい。通過する旅行人にバスを提供するのは、通過される自治体の首長にとって義務ではない。女子供がいるのに非人道的だろう、と非難されるとしても、だからこそバスを出そうと考えたのだろう、それがキャンセルされてしまう理由をこそ問うべきだろう。
