pick on my bones

"Anne of Green Gables" は人気のある作品と聞いていますが、評判どおり中々興味が湧くストーリーです。　しかしながら、馴染みのあるビジネスやテクニカルマニュアルの英語とは違って以外な個所で意味が分からず引っ掛かります。
I guess that's why I'm so thin-I am dreadful thin, ain't I? There isn't a pick on my bones. I do love to imagine I'm nice and plump, with dimples in my elbows.
この "pick on my bones" ですが、何でしょう？　最初は"have a bone to pick" (to have a disagreement to discuss with someone; to have something to argue about with someone.) とか、"pick on"(to harass or bother someone or something, usually unfairly. Please stop picking on me! I'm tired of it.) の様な慣用句の意味と関係あるのかもと思いましたが、文脈からして意味が合いません。　そこで "pick" の名詞の意味を辞書で丁寧に見たが分かりません。　仕方がなく "bones" を辞書で見ると、

がありました。 "bones" はてっきり骨の事かと思っていたのですが、身体の事を意味するとなると、"pick" の解釈として次ぎの意味でつじつまが合うと思う。

・Dictionary.com: the choicest or most desirable part, example, or examples: This horse is the pick of the stable.
つまり、アンは「自分（の身体）には良い所が何もない」と言うのが私の解釈です。
