豚・椎茸・もやし炒め
簡単でおいしい、スタミナメニューとして大人気の豚・もやし炒め。
2人前
①ビニール袋に・椎茸50g・キャベツ50g3~4㎝幅を電子レンジで加熱。
➁フライパンにサラダ油大匙1をしき、豚肉を炒め、①入れ加熱、もやしを加え醬油麴20gを加え全体に味がなじんだら完成。
*醬油麴は麹500gと醤油500gを袋に入れ炊飯器の保温5~6時間で出来る。

①Microwave 50g shiitake mushrooms, cabbage 50g 3~4cm wide in a plastic bag.
➁Put 1 large spoonful of salad oil in a frying pan, fry the pork, ① add the bean sprouts, add 20g of soy sauce noodles, and blend in with the whole taste.
*Soy sauce noodles can be made by putting 500g of koji and 500g of soy sauce in a bag and keeping the rice cooker warm in 5~6 hours.
