簡単ムキアサリの野菜炒め
簡単に作れ、お好みでじゃがいもや季節の野菜を入れても美味しく作れます。
➀フライパンサラダ油小匙1で、むきアサリ・人参・玉ねぎ・椎茸をさっと炒める。
➁ボウルに➀とオリーブオイル大さじ1・塩小さじ1/4・豆板醬小さじ1/2・ケチャップ大匙2を入れ和える。
③皿に盛り付け、ブロッコリを添え完成。
*野菜を入れる場合は電子レンジで加熱して置く。
*豆腐を入れるのも良い。
