マトピューレのシンプル素麺
トマトで作る手作りトマトピューレ素麺。
①トマトを湯剥きしてミキサーで潰す、塩胡椒で味付け。
②素麺を茹で、素麺つゆで味を調えて①盛り付け茹で卵・茹でたブロッコリーを盛りつけ出来上がり。
