今年もツタンカーメン豆の収穫時期が始まり、若採りの柔らかい豆を卵焼きに混ぜてみました、まろやかな味でとても美味しい。

①ツタンカーメンの豆(茹でた物や冷凍保存100g・卵3個・塩小匙1/4・砂糖大匙1/2出し汁大匙2.5をミキサーに入れ潰す。

③焼き上がれば、まな板に乗せ、冷たい包丁で両端を押しつけ、形を整え6分割に切る。

④皿に盛り付け、大根おろし・紅生姜等を添え、ポンズや醤油で食べるなど。
