おかひじきのおひたし
① 鍋に水1000mℓ湯を沸かし塩20gを入れ、おかひじき70gを1分間塩茹でし、冷水で冷やし良く水気を絞る。
② ①を3cm幅程度に切り、カニカマ3本を半分に切り、ほぐす。
③ ボウルに➁を入れてほぐしたら、ごま油小さじ2・塩少々・すりおろしニンニク小さじ1/2・白いりごま小さじ2を入れてよく和えて完成。
