　…あんまり勘弁してくれなさそうなおそろしあな国というか、借金を勘弁してくれる代わりに99年契約の租界地設定を求めてきそうな国というか…。

　…うんまあ、これはこれで事態の一半を正しく述べているのでは：「The sanctions also impose a ban on US entities buying any new Venezuelan debt issues, complicating the government's debt restructuring plan」。

　だからこそ、さしあたりミャンマーには制裁がないというので私は安心したんだし。
