BBC Afghanistan conflict: Deadly attack on Kabul military post 29 Jan 2018

「Militants have killed at least 11 soldiers in an attack on an army post in Kabul, the fourth major assault in a surge of violence in just over a week」

　ここ最近、アフガニスタンで大事件が連発。今回は軍学校が標的。このMarshal Fahim military academyは昨年10月にも標的とされたもの（BBC Military cadets killed in Kabul minibus suicide bombing 21 Jan 2017）。

「However, it could also just be that the militants have decided attacking the capital is a more effective way of undermining confidence in the government and attracting international attention than trying to capture and retain territory in rural areas」

　ということで、いちいち注意するとかまってちゃんがさらに元気になるよー、ということもあるにはある。対応しなきゃ、別種の圧政で継続的に犠牲が出ることにもなるわけだが。

　チェックしていなかった記事。高級ホテルに突撃され、包囲戦をやって、相当数の死者が出たというもの。

　先日も見たが、Save the Childrenの事務所を襲撃したというもの。

　そして例の救急車爆弾の炸裂（2018-01-27）の件の死者は100の大台に乗ったとか：

「Interior minister Wais Barmak said a number of people died in hospital overnight and the death toll now stood at 103, with 235 wounded. Most of the injured are men」

　危惧されていたとおり、病院に収容されてから死亡した人数が相当数にのぼった。

　なお検問を通り過ぎる手として「Nasrat Rahimi, deputy spokesperson for the Interior Ministry, said the attacker got through a security checkpoint after telling police he was taking a patient to nearby Jamhuriat hospital」、急患を運んでいるのだよッ！という作戦をとった模様。人確定の手口である。こういう手を使ってしまえば、あとは社会システム総体に対する不信がつのっていく一方だろう。

　…いやまあ、連中、医学部の卒業式を吹き飛ばすこともあったし（※ソマリアの例）、医療からなにから、近代的・西欧的なものすべてを破壊する分にはノリノリなのかもしらんが…。

　また、延々と複数の記事中でアフガンのパキスタンに対する不信に言及していたりする。深刻な隣国不信であり、治安管理・維持に非常に難がでるよなあと思うことしきり。
