　しかも犯人は複数って、何をどうしたらそうなるんだ。

　そうした意味での治安悪化はここ近年、増加しつつあるようで。せっかくそれなりに静穏が実現しつつあるなかそうなってしまうのは、先行きの不明瞭なことにでもよるものか。まあいつ爆弾テロで死ぬかもわからないといえばその通りではあろう。以前よりは相当、そんな可能性は減じたでしょうが。

They were seized by men who took them away and sexually assaulted them.」

　きちんと犯人を捕縛できたようなのは、まだしものこと。少なくとも、抑止力が一定程度、機能していることの証ではある。
