どの水準でか、は冒頭の文ではまあわからない。しかし水曜、北朝鮮がグアムあてに4発のミサイルをお届けする、と（余計な）宣言をしたことに応ずるものであり、この「お届け」が実施されたばあい、非難声明・追加制裁賛成のセットは確実、ということさえ余分だろう。
…相手さんの領海・近海への敵性「お届け」は、どうしようもなく攻撃的・敵対的行為だし…。
…結構、過激な対応がなされても文句のつけようがない…。
勿論、話し合いでカタが付けばいいよな、けど25年も話をしてきてコレだし、ちょっとこっちも考えちゃうよねえ、というようなお言葉が出ている。
