I concerned about my weight recently. I told my weight gained after entering company and in last medical checkup I realized my weight was gained by 4 kilogram! I thought I managed to loss my weight before It was belated, so I tried to run along with Teganuma walking road today.
I had already walked aroung Teganuma on my last birthday! Then, because I felt I walked more than 10 kilimeter, I definitely think it will be great diet trainning for me.Because I wanted to finish running before it becomes dark, I started to run from 2 in the afternoon. No sooner I became tired than I started running. It seemed I didn't countine running until I come to goal, so I sometimes walked.
After arriving at Teganuma park where is the middle point of my course, I
drunk a can of Pocalisweat. As for the rest I repeat to run and walk. It took around an hour and ten minutes to finish running. After I went back to home, and tried to check my weight, I lost my weight by 1.5 kilogram! I decided to do periodic exercise from now!
