豚肉・大根・人参の炊いたん
豚肉と大根・人参をめんつゆで炊いたんでシンプルな料理ですが、おがずに美味しいです。
①大根・人参を適当な大きさに切る。
②鍋に水入れ、①を入れ、その上に豚肉を並べめんつゆを加え5分程炊く。
③発砲スチロールの箱に入れ置いておく。
④皿に盛り付けブロッコリー・トマト・キュウリを添え出来上がり。
Cooked pork, radish and carrots
It is a simple dish of pork, radish and carrot cooked in a noodle soup, but it is delicious without side dishes.
①Cut the radish and carrot into appropriate sizes.
➁Put water in a pot, put ①, arrange the pork on it, add the noodle soup, and cook for about 5 minutes.
③Set aside in a box of firing polystyrene.
④Serve on a plate and serve with broccoli, tomatoes and cucumbers.
