パセリのベーコン炒め
パセリの収穫最盛期、ベーコンと炒めました。
①パセリ・ベーコン・人参を適当な大きさに切る。
②フライパンの油をしき炒める、適当に柔らかくなれば醤油を加え出来上がり。
*肉類や玉ねぎを使うのも良い。
Fried parsley with bacon
At the height of the parsley harvest, I sautéed it with bacon.
①Cut the parsley, bacon and carrots into pieces of suitable size.
②Fry the oil in the frying pan, and when it becomes appropriately soft, add the soy sauce and it's done.
* It is also good to use meat and onions.
