冷し汁
夏の暑い日に簡単に出来美味しいです。
①ミョウガは横切で細かく切り甘酢にまぶす。
②きゅうりは薄切りにし10分程置いて水気を絞ります。
③器にごはんをよそい、だし汁かけ①②を乗せ胡麻を振り出来上がり。

It is easy to make and delicious on a hot summer day
①Myoga is finely cut across and sprinkled with sweet vinegar.
②Cut the cucumber into thin slices and leave for about 10 minutes to squeeze out the moisture.
③Put the rice in a bowl, put the dashi soup ① and ② on it, and shake the sesame seeds.
